Enrollment

Sam Brown's Institute of Cosmetology starts a new class the first Tuesday of each month. Orientation for new students starts the first Monday of each month.

Registration Requirements

• At least 17 years of age (birth certificate or positive proof of age)
• School application (click here to download a copy of the school application)
• State board application
• High School Diploma (original), GED (original), or transcript verifying the successful completion of the 10th grade (must have at least 10 credits)
• Two passport-size photos
• $25.00 money order payable to Missouri Department of Revenue for license
• $200.00 registration fee (non-refundable)
• Uniform fees start at $44.00
